Hi

I have one Professional Referee who is British Citizen

2nd Referee is Belgian National who has ILR working here is UK age 43

Can he qualify to be referee ?

Pls advise.

It's the professional referee that can be ANY nationality.

The other referee must be British.

I found 2nd referee he is british citizen but not a professional standing. He is a taxi driver.

Would he be acceptable.

As long has he has known you for 3 years and is of good character then it should be fine.

Hi All,

Is there any guidence on how old a referee form can be before the date of online application submitted.

I cant find this in AN guide. But I would like to confirm before I submit the online application.

There is no guidance on this as far as I know, however, being realistic and practical, it should not matter a few days or weeks before the actual submission. If the signatures are months before may it's better to get them to re-sign.

I am applying online and being directed from HO website to NDRS.

I am not sure Do I need NCS or NDRS.

Can anyone advise pls.

NDRS as then you can apply for passport at the same time using the paper passport form.

years or since you came to the UK?

Now, I have been working in job for last 6 yrs no other business or else. But I was working in other country before 6 yrs which is last 10 yrs. its confusing.

So My best answer would be NO to above.

It does state, very clearly '10 years OR since you came to the UK'!!!

HO don't care about your work out of the UK.
