there is not Mention in the F8 form about PRTB Letter but they there is requirement in the form 3 proof of address each year like any utilities bill , bank statement , revenue letters etc

For Citizenship Application you do not need PRTB letter. You can submit it as a proof of residence for the year that you was issued as it has your full name, address and date of issue.
