Hi all,
I have got an email from my HR saying that they are trying to extend the current sponsorship licence(small company A) to the parent level B so that they can sponsor for employees on the other company C.
The parent company is B for both A and C. At the moment we have sponsorship licence only for Company A.
She said the process will take 18 weeks and then after we will be notified?
Any idea if this can lead to the curtailment letters? We are two employees who got sponsorship with company A.
Any thing to action on this from our end as well ?
She said they are branching the current company sponsorship lic to cover company C.
Any risks involved pls ?
