payslip letter digitally signed ok?

Post by ehsan103 » Thu Sep 13, 2018 2:42 pm

Hi,

I have my payslips signed and stamped. My employment have also given me a letter which is printed on headed paper and stamped to confirm my payslips are authentic but the letter has a digital signature instead of wet. Is this ok?

Thanks

2. Do me or my spouse need to also provide our birth certificates?

3. Do we need to show any evudence of pictures, communication messages, plane tickets for holiday time abroad (only around 40 days spent abroad)?

4. Spouse has been refused twice before entering the uk, do we need to provide those refusal letters?

5. Land registry details has been bought for £3 and downloaded from online website. Is this copy acceptable? https://www.gov.uk/search-property-info ... d-registry

6. Regarding page 65 on the application “evidence of where your child normally lives and that you or ay partnet play and active role in their upbringing. Evidence should only be dated within last 3 months”, our daughter is 1 year 3 weeks old, so the only letters we have are below so we just have the single letter dated within 3 months, is this ok?

GP registration letter – 21/09/2017
Immunisation letter - 01/03/2018
Health development review letter – 06/07/2018

7. Do we need or provide photocopies of every documents or this be done by the person checking our application on the day?

Thanks.

Hello that's a really conscise list

I had a real signature on the employment letter - I doubt they would question a scan signature but you never know

You don't need whatsapp or photos. They will not require them

No birth certificates for you or spouse if you're submitting passports

Land registry doc is fine

About photocopies: this was the most stressful point as some people say do it and some people not

At the appointment the registration desk WILL ask for photocopies. What we did was photocopy the most important and relative information. Mainly the financial land registry and the proof of relationship. Cohabition docs I left alone as I had so many!!

The case worker will scan and copy what they require. They say it'll help speed up the decision. In no way will this render a refusal. But do take some as they've written it in the premium booking and application itself.

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

4 is not relevant. As long as you meet the requirements for an extension, she has a valid visa so don't worry about refusals.

As per 6, it think it's a given there's a baby and not much proof, think you'll be okay.

The FLR M is based on a spouse. From others experience, I BELIEVE they will not even take the baby's passport at registration!

Enjoy your premium appointment, I hope you get a speedy response, be prepared to sit and wait if you want at the centre. :)

What application are your parents making that they need this letter?

Another point might have to rethink that whether the letter need to pacifically address to ECO or to whom it may concern. Maybe both are correct.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

It can be addressed to either, as long as it contains the permission bit and their details

Hi all,

The letter is for flr(m). We live in my parents house so it's a letter from then stating they give us permission to stay. Is the letter content, signature fine? passport required?
