ILR Delay

Post by zidanne » Wed Sep 19, 2018 3:26 pm

Hi All

I have applied for ILR on SETO Form. Date off application was 12/03/2018. I received BRP letter on 6 April 2018 and I enrolled biometrics same day. Since then I havent heared anything from the home office. I called UKVI call centre since it has been 6 months since the application and they said they will respond in 5 days with an update. Next day I received an email stating that "Our records indicate that your application has not yet been completed". I want to ask what does that mean?

Does it mean that a decision has been made but still not sent to me or does that mean it is still under consideration?

I will be grateful if you could shed some light on that.

Thanks
