Hi guys, by chances, does any of you has received a job offer from a big four and told you months ago that they won't continue applying until it clears up? If so, did you hear back from them? In my case, I haven't heard back from them since July, so not sure how is the process going... waiting with 45p since December
Hi Daniel, same situation here. One of the Big 4 who said they were not going to be applying. I noticed they recently updated their website stating that they will now resume RCOS applications but have not heard from them still. I think it may be the same employer, please update once you receive any information, thanks.
Hi Peridot,
I think I know which Big4 you mean, but that's not my sponsor; although I assume all should be going through the same process. I was expecting them to apply in September, but it seems that some applications have expired, so my guess is that they had to pass the job test again (posting job for 28 days and prove there is no UK suitable candidate). In that sense, you might here back from them next month. I'll let you know if I hear anything from mine. good luck to both of us mate!

Count me in, as well. I think my big 4 sponsor/prospective employer is the same as yours because i also haven't heard back from them since July. BTW isn't it bit over 28 days of job posting as its already been 2 months from July and shouldn't they replied to us by now or may be i am missing something?
Can someone please tell me how long should we wait for the results of RCoS for this month?

Sure! Hope we get an answer soon, keep me informed of your situation as well! It is 28 days but Since there have many applications, they didn’t have enough to get them all in 28, or that’s what I want to think
... at this point, I think the best will be to wait for October... it shouldn’t pass October allocation

I hope we get our RCoS in this or next month. I agree with your explanation otherwise it doesn't make sense why they haven't replied so long.

Useful to state what your SOC is that didn't fall under the shortage occupation.

Sorry, I am not sure what it was. But I guess they would have submitted 2136 Programmers and software development professionals. And this time my employer is planning to NOT submit under shortage list.
Thanks

(ii) at the time of obtaining such permission, employs between 20 and 250 employees (inclusive), or employs fewer than 20 employees and has provided a letter from the Department for International Trade, confirming that the Department has been working with the company and supports the application in relation to its trade or investment activity,
(iii) is not more than 25% owned by a company which has one or more other establishments in the UK and one of those establishments employs more than 250 employees; and

HO reject because the contract and offer letter is not satisfied. Our current solicitor got no experience on this RCoS application. This is the second time we got reject, we really need to look for a well experience solicitor to advice what kind of details HO need. Is that anyway you can advice any?

What exactly was not 'satisfied'??
You can start your own separate topic to get advice from forum members. Start also by reading the Tier 2 Sponsor Guidance notes, it states clearly what the requirements are.

This month is totally unusual. Initially few approval and then total silence for few days. Then suddenly so many rejection. Something cooked in HO within these days?
