tier 4 refused for NHS debt - administrative review

Hi,
I need some help.

Application date: 16th August(Tier 4 student visa)(From Bangladesh)
Interview & documents submission: 26th August(VFS Bangladesh)
Receive passport: 18th September(with a refusal letter)
Admin review : 19th September.
Last enrollment : 21st September.(UWS London campus)(DBA course)
Reason for refusal : £9210 debt to NHS (which was a mistake)

I need some answer from the expert!!!!


1.How long take for admin review result??
2. if the result will come positive, how long take to get the VISA??
2.Is there any chance I will catch the September semester??
