@Mal111: Let me explain my case, we are still married, and with mutual understanding we are planning to do divorce, as i have to travel next month so I said to her he will start the D process end of October. Once D will be complete then I'm planning to go for ROR. have below questions.

1. during marriage 3.5 year time period she wasn't working, as I work as Software Engineer and Earning good enough.. she never needed and never bother to work.. Medical, Pension, all covered by my company. Q: if she wasn't working what supported document I can submit??

2. she has around 10K+ in her account will this be consider good enough for self sufficient??

3. how much time period ROR taking these days??

If you have proof of health care insurance for Both of you

Send Her bank statement also add that you are working that's part of the household income ..you could add a letter from you employer (i did for my eu3) you can also throw in proof that she was never on welfare..by dropping to your intreo center she can just request a letter.

I hope both of you were living or should be in the country during divorce proceeding.

I hope someone add whatever i missed good luck

for social welfare there;s no form EU may just go to your local entreo center (Welfare office ) they will ask for PPS number and maybe ID. Now if address is not matching your current they may ask her to provide Bills and ID ..If everything is up to date (current Address + she have PSC (public service card) card ) they will print if and sign in 15 min..

my opinion is to withdraw your PR and keep your retention application in place for following reasons

1) permanent residence is for people who fulfil the criteria of living with the eu spouse who is excercising their eu treaty rights for a continues period of 5 years your divorce make your application invalid for PR

2) on the eu3 form you should have filled the part that you are applying following retention however you have applied through your spouse whom your divorce

link the dots budy

Hi Guys,

Just want to update as I said in my 1st intro ,I applied Eu5 & Eu3 in same time after 4 weeks I got letter from Eu treaty that my Eu5 is acknowledged and refer my case to Eu3 .mean time they asked me for my Spoused job contract ??? I sent them payslips with Eu5. Don't understand why they need it again ? If someone through their best knowledge would be great . Also sent me Inis letter for visa up to feb 2018.

Please if anyone share their experience what would happens after eu5

Hi,

so I have received some response from Department about my EU5 application. wondering is it normal OR I'm in trouble??

they request to submit below documents. where as I submit some of documents already. but they request again.

- Evidence of date of initiation of Divorce. (Q: I submit the Divorce documents(translation and Original), and on that mentioned, the proceeding date of Divorce and decision date, do I need to submit any other documents?? OR or how can I prove date of initiation )

- p 60 for all previous years. (Q: I don't have all of those as she wasn't working for 2 years, I was working and we both were medically insured, will this work??)

- letter from landlord from 2015 to 2017 (Q: the time when we move to house, landlord give us Contract, PRTB.. and we didn't ask him to give new contract OR PRTB every year.. what to do?? will this be problem??)

- payslips for each employment. (Q: I can provide 2014, 2017 and 2018.. will this be okay or should i provide any other documents??)

- signed letter of employment with full contract details. (Q: she quit that job recently last month, so employer will give the contract OR should i attached P45?? )

- utility bills 2015, 2016 (I have all.)

thanks,
kind Regards
