Further submissions no response after 9 months

Hi everyone, just wondering how long does it takes to make a decision for future submissions, l submitted my new evidence base on 7 years chid and we did our biometric 4 weeks ago..after that no response...please advise me, many thanks

when did you made further submission?
and you will get leave to remain within next 1 to 3 weeks hopefully.

Thanks munirabid, l submitted last 19th of june, received biometric 26th of July, but that letter says the printed date was 16 th of July,our Lowyer gave us 26th , he said he received it that day and it wasn't be a problem. I was just wondering whether ho accept my biometric or not..many thanks

you don't need to worry and HO will accept your biometric . so wait for Leave to remain

Hi everyone, I need you quick advice for my present situation,l came to uk in 2003 with visiting visa then after I didn't apply any further application even asylum visa. I am here now nearly 16 years and what kind of visa can l apply now or have to wait until completed my 20 year uk. Please advise me.many thanks
