Dependant's HSMP - Urgent Urgent

Hi Guys
I travelled to UK some three months back on HSMP from India. My spouse too applied for HSMP but because it's taking time of almost 14 weeks and new tier-1 rules, we decided to go ahead with her dependant visa.

After her dependant visa approved she travelled to UK and joined me 3 weeks back. Meanwhile we got her HSMP approval letter too.

So my question to forum is - can we apply for her HSMP visa from UK now? Is it accepted? and what sorts of documents need be provided?

Anyhow, she needs to go back to India and apply for EC based on her HSMP approval. She cannot switch from within UK.

Since she is dependent she can not apply on her own for Tier1 being in UK. she need to travel back to India and apply EC with her HSMP letter.
