Tier 4 Dependent Visa (Doctor)

Hi,

My wife is on tier 4 dependent visa. Her house job was completed in Pakistan. She has passed Plab 1 and Plab 2. Her GMC registration is in process. hopefully she will receive it by oct end. I am student of MSc. 6 months have been passed. I am left with 6 months course and we both have visa valid for 8 more months. She wants to do training in UK but she only has visa for 8 months. what is our way forward? did anyone come across same situation? There are multiple forums on other websites explaining different things. we are confused. Thanks in advance. I hope someone suggest way forward in detail.
