Indefinite leave to remain

Post by Kt1 » Sun Sep 30, 2018 9:11 am

I have been in UK coming up to 5 years. I had the first 2.5years, but on the second 2.5 years, I was given based on my children as I changed jobs and our income was not enough to meet the requirement. Now I have all the requirement.
Can I apply for my indefinite leave to remain under the 5 year rule.

What can I do. My new visa was granted under D-LTRP.1.2. This is saying 10years, before I can apply. I would have been in the UK for 12 years.

If you meet all the requirements, then you may apply on FLR(M) under D-LTRP.1.1. and restart the 5 year qualifying period.
