EC Application Questions - Urgent

Dear Freinds,

I am applying for my EC from Saudi Embassy Riyadh on coming monday. I need your advise for below questions in EC application form.

1) Section 1 - Type of visa
Should I tick the "Work Permit Holder"
Write HSMP in "Other"

2) Section 5 - How long u intend to stay in UK
3) Section 5 - Intended date to arrive
I am planing to go by start of May - exact date not known
4) Section 5 - Why r u going to UK
5) Section 7 (7.3) - R U applying to UK as work permit holder
Do HSMP counts as work permit, or shoul i leave it blank

6) General - What should be duration(months) of Bank statements that need to b provide and whether NOC from employer is necassry.

I've seen in other posts that people have checked yes and no for work permit. I don't know that it makes a difference if you're submitting under HSMP. I sent mine last week and I've got the FedEx notice that its being delivered back to me today. FYI, I checked yes under work permit, and wrote HSMP in everywhere they asked about the work permit/employer.
