Hi I want to apply 10 years Ilr applications
I came in this country on 04/09/2008
As student till 03/04/2014
Got visa tier 2 business interpreneor
200k for 3 years 03/4/2017
Extension got till
11/8/2020
I have visa till 2020 , my tier 2 will be complete on
04/19
My 10 years is completed on 04 / 18
I went to india for 50 day holidays
I want to apply sameday appointment . I try lot of time and it showing that they didn’t have any appointment in next 45 business days
Can you tell me
1 when can I apply
2 which category

4 how to book same day appointment

you can find very credible answers on this forum with a bit of search.
you are eligible for 10 years ilr visa if you meet following conditions
1. you must have permission to stay
2. have been in uk legally for 10 years known as continuous residence.
3.kept terms of your visa
4 .must pas life in uk test
5. should have sufficient English level skills
to prove that, you need to have B1 level certificate from approved test center
your 10 YEAR qualifying period starts form the day you arrived UK
or you were given permission to stay in uk
you can not have more than 180 days leave at a time in any 12 months
you cannot have more than 540 days leave it total

I did life in uk
And bi level English test
I live legally in uk from 10 years
Now I am on tier 1 entrepreneur visa
I applied for extensions and got 2 years visa till July 2020
So I want to apply for 10 years long Ilr

Have you read the form?? It clearly states what you are required to submit.

Do you have dependents in the UK on Tier 1 dependent visas??
