Premium service for T1 ILR

Dear members,

I have question regarding my 5 year ILR, premium service, which is due in May 2019,
Q. I heard this news I just want to confirm from any senior member is it possible or not?
If we book a slot of 20,000£ with different 10 people, HO will come to our house to gave us ILR, is it work this formula or not? Please reply.
