You don’t hv to worry about anything. As long as they hv Given you biometric enrolment letter it is enough. Have you gone to do the biometric? If not do it first thing Monday

received appeal decision letter on 20th september positive and my 14days HO complete i didnt recv any letter from HO
how long i have to wait for my indafinite card

when i submit my aplication i done my biometric and i have that paper thats why i said how long i have to wait my card

Just wait for them to contact u within 3 months. They said they deal with the appeals on first come basis. So yours is also in the queue . Patience patience patience.

Hi need advise for my mate he had hearing last week Home Office didn’t supply any bundle and no one turn up to represent HO case hearing went ahead judge advised Him you will have decision in 2 weeks time. He wants to know is it Unsusal for home Office representative not to turn up ?

Hi meow. I do not understand. You already did your biometric when you apply to ho. So why you have to do it again. Is every one do it like this

when i apply my ILR visa it was refused 2017 dec
then i submit my application appeal with biometric in january 2018
appeal heard in august court decision in sept and biometric letter 10 oct but due to late post i recv in 19oct
MY LAWYER SAID THE HO says the biometric time limit it 6 month if you recv brp before 6 month you will not do again

They sent it to my solicitor. They will send it the the firm which represented you at the court. Unless you hv changed them

I seems to have a problem I m a silent reader from last a couple of months ..i have win my appeal ( eea efm )on 16th oct had an hearing and allowed orally same day from judge but written confirmation he wrote next day on 17th but it's been sent out on 26th oct allowed determination .14 days wait circle started but on 6th nov home office sent out a re-enroll biometric letter asking to give fresh bio metrics the previous one expired witch was given in 2016 (my passport also been expired in ) ..letter has been sent out from Liverpool office whom mostly deals refused cases because otherwise post visa team is basing in Sheffield.they have not sent any implementation or acknowledgement letter of the judge decision ? .anyway very confusing and stressing situation pleas anyone can advice on the matter will be a big help..regards
