Hi everyone,

I will apply for ILR in end of March 2019 can anyone please tell me what document do I need to prepare and also can anyone tell me please when I have applied for extension I had one company that was using as investment property and takeaway shop and I used the employee from takeaway shop but after I got the extension I have opened another company and transferred the takeaway to the new one and also I have opened third company with a new restaurant and I have 6 full time employee for more than 12 months in both companies.
my question is when I will apply for ILR what document should I send that I prove that all employee are mine.
Am I just need to send the companies letter with employee pay slips and other documents or anything else.
and also if anyone has a list of documents that I need to send please send me.

The documents don't change because you have new businesses. It is the same as what you did for extension.

The guidance document and the SET (O) application form gives you a very good list of documents.

You can also see a sample application that I posted here. It was an T1E ILR application, so should be useful.
