Financial Requirement (Spouse Visa)

I had my documents (non-priority) sent to Sheffield on the 13th September for my wife and daughter's visa. On the 20th September I received an email about paying for my daughter's IHS and paid it on the same day. Now, I'm worried about the payslip and bank statements I sent. They were 12 months worth which I applied under CAT A. Will that have an effect on the application?
