very very wrong advise , as per guide lines you are supposed to write down the date you entered UK with the view of long term residency...vaibhavg18mau wrote: ↑Fri Sep 28, 2018 9:28 pmI belive this is ththe date when you first entered UK. This the date I put in my application. So for you it will be 2006 and for your wife 2008. I am happy to be corrected by experienced member.

i came as a student in 2006 and went back in 2009
came back again in 2013 and applied for AN recently .. i read guidelines thoroughly for this question.
Section 2: Residence requirements
2.1 Enter the day you first arrived with a view to staying in the UK on a long-term
basis, and the airport or seaport through which you then entered. If this is less than 5
years before the date on which we receive the application, or less than 3 years
before this date if you are married to or the civil partner of a British citizen, you might
not meet the residence requirement (see page 6 of the Booklet AN) and your
application may be unsuccessful.

I am still confused what date to mention and also there they have asked for 10 employment history i was working in UK whn i was studying should i mention that or just mention last 6 years employment.trilobite1981 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 29, 2018 1:59 pmIt's simple. If you are applying as an EU citizen you need to use 2012. I am also happy to be corrected if I am wrong.

Finally i found referees i was completing online there is a option to download references its says referee declaration when i click on this declaration i dont see referees name and details of them, just wanna know is the right declaration or they comes with all details of references.
The details get submitted with your application you submit, as entered online, the Referee Declarations don't have any of their details on, they just need complete your full names on page 1, their full names, date and signature on page 2. Of course, your photo will be on page 1.boylost wrote: ↑Tue Oct 09, 2018 9:41 pmFinally i found referees i was completing online there is a option to download references its says referee declaration when i click on this declaration i dont see referees name and details of them, just wanna know is the right declaration or they comes with all details of references.
