Could you please advise how long you have before you have to leave Pakistan once your spouse visa is granted.

The visa vignette will have a validity of only 30 days. This requires entry into the UK before the temporary visa expires and the BRP collected from the designated Post Office within 10 days of arrival.
(Casa, not CR001)
