Will This Effect A Settlement Visa

Post by AzimScot » Wed May 21, 2008 11:28 pm

I have just left my Job under certain circumstances.

I am either going to study a full time course at collage or either go straight back into work within the next few weeks, however this is based on wheather it affects my wifes visa.

If i go to study full time getting a busary from the Student awards agency will that affect my visa? Hence I have left a Job and then went full time study?

What about part time study and part time work?

Thanks.

What's your status? Generally, you would need to continue satisfying the maintenance and accommodation requirements.
