I just want to know how successful people have been appealing against a 320(11) refusal and how long it takes.

My husband was refused in June 2018.

They said he has sent sent numerious frivious application in an intent to frustrate immigration.

he sent 2 applications before this one. one was leave to remain due to ties in the UK to his unmarried partner (me) this was refused and no appeal rights given we then got married and he then applied again as my spouse however he was refused and told as an over stayer he has to go back to Nigeria and apply we appealed this decision all the way to UT before it was refused again he then went back to Nigeria and made an application that has now been refused under 320(11).

I met all the other requirements which they have clearly stated in the refusal letter so the only reason is because he is an over stayer that made two previous applications which is not aggravating circumstances in the slightest.

Quick background we've been together 10 years and they have never challenged the genuiness of the relationship we live alone in a 2 bed 2 bath flat and I earn 3.5 x more than the salary requirement.

I am beyond frustrated that I have to be without my husband for what really appears to be no good reason.

Dont worry ma.my advice will be for u to get a good barrister to appeal your case. U will surely win your case. They are just trying to frustrate you. Please ma dont give in. Your husband clearly have every right to rectify his status. And the home office cant stop u from living togetger.

Have had my court hearing 1st of August. Still waiting for decision from judge even though my wife told me me it went well. Just tired of waiting. Does anyone know how to chase the judge to hurry up. Tired. Really tired.

In addition to Casa's post, contacting the Judge via social media is wholly inappropriate and 'stalkish'. They, like you, have the right to privacy. You cannot 'hurry the judge up'. You must wait, like everyone else that goes through this process.
