fiance visa

anyone know how long the wait is for a fiance visa from the usa?

Could be as long as a whole day!

The waiting time in the US is hardly anything. Very quick turn around as long as all the documentation stacks up. Rarely called for interview.

Some on the forum have had grants the next day. I think three / frour weeks would be a long time to wait in the USA. Ask the UK post you are applying at - they are normally happy to give out the expected turn around time.

THIS APPLIES TO NORTH AMERICA ONLY - do not bother to ask in other regions as you will not get an answer.
