Statement of Changes to Immigration Rules

I looked for something on this already on the Boards but could not find it.
There is quite a lot in it, which will need some careful examination but the acceptance of copies of documents and changes to sending photographs seem to be included. Also discretion for caseworkers to contact applicants.

The Revised Statement of Changes to the Immigration Rules was put forward on 10 October. It includes more flexibility to be given to caseworkers on whether and when they can write to applicants to ask for missinging documents. In addition, the Home Office will accept that copies may be sent and no longer insist on seeing original documents. Some of the changes come in November on the 5th.

May have lots of impact in various ways.
