After Tier4 dependent visa expired

Hello guys,
Me and our baby just came to UK as a Tier 4 dependent visa.
My husband is studying a full time postgraduate.

I want to ask one thing,
If our tier 4 and Tier 4 dependent visa expired after the post graduate course,
Could we apply for the different type of visa separately ? Or should one of us has to get dependent visa because of a baby ?

For example,
I apply for Tier1 entreprenur from home country, and my husband and baby extend their visa for doctor degree and (child)dependent ,respectively.

Is it possible ?

Sorry for asking one more but to make sure..

So it is possible
We get both Tier 4 visa or
One is Tier 1 / the other is Tier 4
and just our child is dependent visa
