Yes I used the same email. They are responding on same day with in 3 to 4 hours time.

Yeah, you’re right. They mentioned it in the email as well. I’m literally waiting for the postman literally everyday like a kid for its kinder egg. This is gotta be the most stressful wait ever haha

Please don't write your case reference details.

Also, you only applied on 6th September. HO won't give you an update unless 6 months has passed. There is no 'status check' system. You simply have to wait.
