Resident labour market test

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any timeframe to apply for the sponsorship license after carrying out the Resident labour market test.

We carried out RLMT in August. Till what time we can apply for Sponsorship license?

I understand the CoS has to be issued within 6 months of RLMT.

Please advise.

RLMT is only valid for 6 months. If you don't get a licence in that time, you have to do RLMT again.

Yes, RLMT is only valid for 6 months.
