Hi,
I am currently working in Finland for the past 3 years and now got a job in UK. The company is giving the sponsor for my work visa. My wife lives in Pakistan. Our Nikah happened in September 2018 and rukhsati will happen in April 2019 as my wife is completing her house job. Now there are two options that I have:
1) Apply my wife’s visa along with mine. If I apply her visa now, do I need to first arrange the accommodation?
2) Apply my wife’s visa after going to UK. But do I need to wait for 6 months in UK to get the 6 month salary slips? or I can show 1 month salary slip from UK and 12 month salary slips from Finland job?
I am a little confused which way to follow. Need your guidance. Thanks.

What is your nationality and UK immigration status??
The company is giving the sponsor for my work visa
Is this a Tier 2 General visa??? If yes, you are asking the wrong questions for your spouse and the wrong sub forum.

This is irrelevant to tier 2 dependent visa. You only have to show evidence of 90 days maintenance funds.

Thank you for the reply. Can you give me complete details of the documents I need and the process for tier 2 dependent visa?

Also, the 90 days maintenance funds, should they be in UK bank account or I can show the money in Finland bank account?

Thank you for the help. One last question, What if I get my wife’s visa before her house job ends. Can I change her date of travel? As when she gets the visa she has to travel in 30 days.

A visa can only be dated for 3 months in advance. HO often forget to do this when specifically stated in the form. Plan accordingly.
