tier 2 dependant to ILR

Hello member, I have a query if any one can help ? I am an tier 2 dependant visa eligible for ILR. my wife she got her ILR couple of months ago and the same month she resign from her job. My question is this since August until now I don't have work so I can't provide my current payslip. But I have last year p60 and up to August pay slip. It's be OK if I submit the and apply for ILR
2 . I have new registered company and my wife getting salary from my company is its OK?
3. My company recently registered so didn't complete a year so I don't have tax return etc , so I don't want to show work base on my company but on hmrc record show that we both are register on same company for payroll. So it's gonna be a problem?
3. If I submit with my application my wife last two month and her saving account?
