Dependent ILR Queries

Hi All,
I have a queries regarding SET O form. I am applying through PBS route, please clarify below queries in SET O. My husband already received ILR in April 2018.

Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018? If yes, go to next question. If no, go to section 7.
1. I am not sure what this mean. I have did my extension in May2018 so should I say Yes or No.

Have you had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
2. Do I need to mention all absences from 2013 to 2018 or just absences after 11th Jan 2018. There are just 30 to 40 absences in 5 years. I was away from 27 Dec 20017 to 18 Jan 2018.

If you have a spouse or civil partner listed in section 2 of this application form who is applying at the same time as you, please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.

I have filled my details in section 1 as main applicant already got ILR in April 2018. Is this correct?

I am applying alone along with my daughter so do I need to tick this box or not. Any how I am submitting two years of cohabitation documents.

I was granted extension in May2018 so do I need to submit for two years or since May 2018.
