1) It is from visa issue dateQuestions:
1) To calculate ILR eligibility period, is it from Visa date / CoS date / Joining date ?
2) If it is Visa date, Does the case worker consider gap between visa date and Join date (4 months) as allowable absences under continuous 180 days? If yes, ILR eligibility will be 04-Jun-19. Is Submitting experience letter from previous company till Aug'14 and letter for Sept'14 will be sufficient?
