Thanks 🙏 for replying
If I’ll go india 🇮🇳 then first they will arrest me on airport after that then they will transfer me to my state police. My inlaws are too much dangerous and politically active that they will try to kill me in jail. They will not leave me because their occupation is killing robbery etc. After 4 years my daughter will be 16 years old and she will be ready to claim my property. They will use my daughter against me and my property value is about 300 thousands pounds which is very big amount in india 🇮🇳. Half of the property my daughter can take straightaway through court. So for me it’s very dangerous to go back india 🇮🇳

Sorry, but I don't think anyone can tell you that it will all be alright, since I don't think anyone can possibly know. Your case is very complicated, and I expect that you will have a hard time proving that your in laws are so bad as you say, and that your life is in danger, and everything else that you say.

The H/O get a lot of people trying to stay in the UK, and a lot of people making up all sorts of stories to be able to do so. You have a meeting with them soon, so I guess all you can do is wait until you meet with them, and see what they want. Then let the board know.

So, you turned up and they just said come back again later? They didn't want any paperwork or documents or to question you about your case?

This was a process introduced in 2012 for all Asylum claims. The biometric data is taken early in the process and only means that the application for asylum is under consideration.

My asylum case is refused with no appeal rights and they said leave the country within seven days and can appeal outside the country. So please anyone can suggest me what should I do now. Solicitor is saying we should go for judicial review and reporting date now is 26 November. Should I go for reporting or not. Please suggest me asap I’m too much depressed. Thanks 🙏

Sorry to hear that your case is refused. But on 5th Nov you gave interview and today they refused it. How it can be so quick.

The interview was probably the final part of the decision-making process

If u don’t mind can I ask u what was the story of ur case. Thanks
If you take the time to read through the whole thread, the member's 'story' is explained in detail.

The decision to refuse wasn't made 'quickly', the application was submitted in May 2018 and there were two interviews!
