Need Help please.

Post by wentots » Tue Oct 30, 2018 11:10 pm

Hello,

We have received my sons british passport and now he is with us in the UK.

Is there anything that I need to do for example GP registration.

Also can I claim child benefit and if I can would it affect my wifes spouse visa extension (1st).

Thank you

Admit him to a school.

Child Benefit should be claimed in your name only and it wont affect spouse visa renewal.
