Unable to book ILR Premium service appointment

Hello,

I have been trying to book an appointment for my ILR since last 4 weeks and not even once i was able to find an appointment slot. I have tried multiple time during the day. Checked at midnight. None of these tricks worked.

Is this the case with everyone ?

I contacted the UKBA and they got back to me saying that the website is working ok.

Is there any other option that anyone could suggest ?
