The exact same reply I received today. I emailed them last night.
The only difference in our replies are that mine is even weirder.

NO logo
NO name of person/dept.
NOTHING on the top of the email or bottom.

We all are sending our important sensitive information i.e. DOB, addresses to this email?

I am a bit worried.

No this one doesn't contain any thing like that, its as simple as I have had pasted above. but all other replies had FMT.... at the bottom with certain logos. And if you check my posts on this thread I have pasted all replies(emails) as they were.

yeah i read all ur post already that s y i asked u this time there is nothing on top and bottom so it means its from case worker who acctually work on case and after when s/he make decision then they send it directly before all are being sent by auto answering/typing machine, thanks for clearity. InshaaAllah, agreed with you and it depands when they will post or if they have had posted, normally it takes about 3 to 5 working days for 2nd class posts to arrive , well lets see most likely by Friday, if not then on Monday, I will have some thing in my hands.

If you email them and request an update regarding your case, then you will get these types of replies and if you don't request you won't get any email like that from HO.

So, I assume Queue 7 means it's with the case worker.

Congratulations on some positive progress news. at least you got something positive back from email reply. I think it is your approval that is coming to you.

Regarding the integrity of the email;

I hope not. we all are sending very detailed information about ourselves to this email address. What if this email address is not genuine? what if

They have everything, DOB, Address, names etc.

Is there a way to verify the email address?

Your reply from HO "Decision has been made.." Can you tell us what email address did you send email to please?

nationalitysupportteamfmt@homeoffice.gov.uk

And you can only use your case Id and rest info is your choice, they will provide you with updates.In my 1st email I had only mentioned my Case ID.
