Hey Camb, if I were you I wouldn't worry about the word 'Will be". There are lot of people waiting without knowing what's going on with their applications let alone the other complex issues. You already received a positive answer. I dont think keep sending emails will accelerate the process. I am sure you'll receive the outcome before your deadline of 2 weeks.
Don't misunderstand me, I am not trying to be sarcastic. Just trying to point you out that you are in a good position than lot others.

Hi Ali,
Don't worry some members have had same replies and they have got their approval letters soon after. I would try to email them next Monday and you will get different reply, trust me. And you never know, mean while you could get your approval letter.

They replied to my email. but it was an awful reply. please see above my post about their reply to me.

3rd was like, a communication will be posted to you and you will receive it in 3 weeks of time.

4th reply was like ; decision has been made and you will receive a letter shortly.

You can check my previous post in this thread and all updates are in date order. But I will suggest you to email them on Monday, and share your reply with us depanding on which you can ask them for update on following Monday.

I have attached transcript of successfully obtaining bachelors degree from Uk university... however I haven’t graduated yet as I’m in my last year working towards honours degree (Scottish uni 4 year)

Any ideas if they have already done all the checks and just want to certificate to approve the application?

Also I have just booked the B1 grade 5 test I’m due to sit it on the 6th of November. Now the ho wants the certificate by 14th November reckon I have enough time? Can I ask them for extension?

I was exactly in the same boat. What i did was that once I passed the exam , i sent my provisional result with a cover letter directly to my case worker. I explanied the situation. I then called trinity college few times as I was wondering if there is such a service available to speed up the verification process and they said no. However , I was advised to pay 12.5 for guaranteed delivery and they said they can post it to my cw directly rather then sending to me, as it would save 1 -2 days. My certiface arrived at H.O on 9th of October(10th was deadline) and same day they approved my application.

Don't worry youll be ok.

i just noticed ur 3ed email was there on 25th and date of approval is 24th so it means when people receive this type of mail like means they already made decission so
if u read my 1st mail i got bellow on 30thact 2018.

It’s really stupid. I sent them university transcript clearly stating that I am eligible for bachelors degree.

“If you now have passed your degree we need to see the original certificate”

Like really? They also sent my documents back to me yet not all of them.. the university transcript is missing, life in the uk and few others...

Paying £1330 for them not to do their job properly and give you 14 days to sent documents back to them.

They have also stated on the letter not to contact them, don’t know if that has got to do with the fact that I have emailed them twice?

I’m not happy about this. Now another £150 for English test...

They see the degree , when I went for my NCS appointment the staff member only took the copy of my Degree not transcripts when I asked she said its enough only degree is what they needed.

I called HMRC today and asked why i received the letter because i have been paying this underpay tax since april 2017 which they deduct from my wages every month. They said the reason is because i left my current job and THE tax repayment plan was arrange till April 2019. One of the HMRC worker said given what i have paid so far he said he thinks i have overpay tax that i should fill in P50 . I offer to pay the underpay tax which is about 300 pounds but HMRC said refuse that it can only be deducted from my wages. or I should pay the amount when filling in my self assessment at mid 2019 cause am currently self employed.

Should i inform the case worker about this situation? but I got an advice from a lawyer, that since is PAYE that I shouldn't bothered contacting the caseworkerand there's no HMRC penalty sent to me

What do i do please any advice please

My personal opinion is this is just tax related BAU work. It shouldn't effect your naturalization application. Therefore, no need to inform the HO.

Am just bothered that's taking a long time for HO to get back to me on my Application. I applied since 24 of August 2018 and a lot of august batch i have gotten their feedback (sad face)
