Spouse visa while both not in UK

Hi there

I must say that this is a great site and great help to all those that need Immigration help.
Me and my wife Linda(not a British citizen) got married last year and have been living in Croatia since. However, now she is 4 months pregnant and we both want to move to UK. In order to do that she needs to get an Settlement Visa.
We have gone through the instructions in UK BA site, but still have few things unclear:

Would my wifes pregnacy hinder the process of her Settlement visa?

As I have not been living in UK for the past year, I don’t have any pay slips nor a home address. However, soon I will receive a job offer worth 18-20K from my previous employer. I also have more than £2000 saved in my UK bank account , and in Croatian bank 15,000€ which I intend to transfer to my UK bank account once we get the visa.
Is this sufficient as far a the finances are concerned?

I also am working on finding a accommodation from here through my friends that rent accommodation in London. There is a possibility that a friend of mine could send me a Tenancy Agreement with my and my wife name added to it, and that would be us sharing 2 bedroom flat with my friend. Would this be OK/ enough regarding the accomodation?

If it would help at all, we are both professionals, wife has Masters in Pharmacy and I have master in Marketing.
