How to apply from Tier2 (ICT) to Tier2 (General)

Can I apply for change from Tier2 (ICT) to Tier2 (General) visa? Or From Tier2 (Dependent) to Tier2 (General). My objective is to get ILR where-as I am on Tier2 (ICT) and my spouse is on Tier2 (Dependent). Any help would really appreciate. Thanks in advance!

Yes, application will be from home country with a restricted CoS and all requirements must be met, including the full and proper RLMT. The ICT main visa holder can then switch to PBS Dependent visa once main Tier 2 General visa is back in the UK or apply abroad at the same time if you choose.
