I have another question please, given we have only 18 days go for December, do you think it is likely that increased fee would come into effect from 01/12/2018?

I am just worried for increased fee as I am planning to apply for my wife in about 2/ 3 weeks.

No. It will likely be later in December once it has gone through house of commons and been approved.
