Citizenship certificate reference number

Hi

My wife is in process of applying for British Citizenship. I have a question on Partner's nationality and Citizenship certificate reference number. The naturalisation certificate has two numbers Certificate Number and Reference Number.

Please guide which of these numbers need to be included. Thanks

Certificate Number
Char (CR001 not Casa)
