Wife settlement visa rejected

Hi Guys,
My wife settlement visa is rejected based on not meeting financial requirement.
I'm self employed and i mentioned it as im employed by my own company and i have only given 6 months bank statements that is why its been rejected.

Here are my questions

1. with new application do we need new tb certificate?
2. with new application im planning to submit CT600, VAT returns, last 2 yesra of business and personal statements, company incorporation certficate. i just want to know is there anything else im missing?

any help is highly appreciated.

Did you not read appendix fm-se before applying to see how much paperwork HO expect to see for self employed??

i did submitted ct600, my tax returns for last year, 7 months of personal, business bank statements. i also submitted my accountant letter.
i think i have missed vat returns and 5 months bank statements. is there anything else i need to consider?

Your document list looks much better this time. Correct your new application with whatever was missing, taking into account the refusal letter. Also carefully read the FM-SE.

TB certificate is valid for 6 months so if you apply before that, you can use it again.

Thanks, last time i submitted bank statements printed from my account. im planning to do the same is that ok? this time i also ask my accountant to stamp my pay slips.

is there anything else?

my income clearly more than what is required, just need to send documents properly.

never thought my stupidity cost me this much.

Yes, although you did send documents you had loads missing but now you know how to fix it. Fix it, re-apply.

Re-send everything. mostly importantly documents, and periods of documents you missed out. Of course, documents such as payslips, bank statements etc need to be updated and letters.

after last time rejection i got my senses back and here is my docs list.

Please have a look and let me know if i miss any?

1. company registration document
2. My company accounting year finishes on 10th october every year. recent(11 October 2017 - October 10th 2018) one is just finished few days ago and im planning to submit previous year(11 October 2016 - October 10th 2017) CT 600, business, personal banck statements from october 2016 till date
3. Account letter saying the same number 2
4. Payslips since april 2016 - till date, SA returns, for 2016-2017, 2017-2018.
5. Company registration document
6. Last 15 months vat rerurn.
7. HMRC online copies of PAYE, CT,SA return year and computations.
8. current company appointment document.
9. Current company significant control report
10. contract assignment letters since 2016 october.
11. Marriage certificate, call logs, photos, phone bills, utility bills, house deed.
12. Covering letters for accommodation, relationship, financial requirement explaining point 2.

Planning for priority application from india this time. last time applied as standard application it took more than 3 months.

Any help on this highly appreciated, Thanks.

Also don't forget to attach A1 ielts test (if its initital spouse visa) otherwise if extension then A2. Also attach TB test if applying from India.

Thanks Guys,

We will submit IELTS English B1 certificate and TB certificate as well.

Last refusal letter they clearly mentioned which category met and which is not. im hoping this time they will look at all and grant us the visa.

Will see how it goes this time.
