Hello,
I'm currently under tier 2 general visa and I will be soon eligible for ILR (Feb 2019). The last tier 2 general extension application went very smoothly. However, I have just noticed the gross income I am supposed to be earning is coming short of £150 a month (34000 a year is what I'm supposed to earn as per the extension rules but mistakenly my company has been paying me 32000).
Is there anything my company should be doing to rectify the problem before i apply for ILR or should i go ahead with the application as they have agreed to increase my salary from this month onwards to match with the minimum ILR salary requirement.
*I blindly believed companys HR and accounts team to manage the salary without doing any due diligence. Now I don't know what steps I should be taking.
Any quick advise or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
