Big Mistake i did Citizenship Application

Hello everyone,
I did a big mistake by providing one reference of my sister, as i was not finding references i thought HO will not come to know coz last names are different and they will not call or do deep search, now as application is getting delayed its almost 5 months i have stated to worry to much.

what u suggest guys

Suggest you send them a letter explaining the situation, asking what the way forward is, i.e. supplying another non-related referee. Use signed-for post and keep a copy. Lesson here is that applicants need to stick to what is requested and not make assumptions of what UKVI might be ok with.
