Certificate of entitlement to the right of abode

Post by Vera1 » Sat Nov 17, 2018 9:39 pm

Please I need an advice. My husband is British and currently in the UK. We just had our daughter last month and I know automatically she is a British as well. Applying for her British passport straight away, I know we have to wait for at least 14 weeks, that's too long for us, we can't wait that much. How long would it take to get her a certificate of entitlement (ROA) from Nigeria then when we get over we apply for her passport. Please we need the one with a shorter waiting period.
Secondly does she need a Tb certificate
Thirdly does my husband need to come back from the UK to take her to the embassy or can I take her alone?(In the form I filled he will be travelling with her)
