Would it be a matter for refusing someone?

Tc license or council tax letter come once in a year. Is it enough for the whole year?
Or I can do it
January to April (tv license myself and council tax partner)

Then starting from may to July joint utility.

So I'm considering one letter( tv license or council tax) only for four month which is in fact covers the whole year. Is that a problem?

Please help me by answering those query.

To prove 24 month of cohabitation:

1 letter (joint or individual) of each partner in every 4 month can be spread in 24 month.
So it becomes 6 items of correspondence in total.

To prove 30 month of cohabitation:

Can I provide 1 letter (joint or individual) of each partner in every 5 month to make 6 items of correspondence in total.
Or should is provide 1 letter of each person in every 4 month and make it 8 items of correspondence.

If 1 letter in 5 month then gap increases.
Any suggestions please.

Also remember that 6 pieces of documents in case of joint and if not joint then 12 pieces of documents. You can mix and match too. I guess spreading them over 3-4 months in 24 months maybe fine.

If 6/12 documents are covering at least last 24 months out of 30 months then why should it be an issue.

I am in leave of 2.6year(30month) as a spouse.
I am going to extend it which is due soon.
Don't I have to send them 30 month of cohabitation.
Or do I only need to submit letters of last 24 month and ignore the first 6 month from my current visa.

As per guidance the cohabitation evidence must cover the last 2 years from the date of application.
As per common sense if the cohabitation evidences cover longer period while covering the mandatory period (2 years) then there shouldn't be any issue.
