Home office switch me from 5 year partner route to 10 year partner route

Post by Aquarian » Sun Nov 18, 2018 12:09 pm

Hi
I came to uk on may 2012 on my husband tier 1 dependent. He got British nationality on his 10year base so my visa was transfer on 5 year partner route. I already had one extension but this time my biometric was expire on 6oct18 and we were late 13 days as i was not well. We gave explanation to home office that why we are late. I received my biometric on 17nov18 but they put me on 10 year partner route because of 14days delay.
My question is that do i need to complete more 10 year on this route.
Or my own 10years will be complete on may 2022 so can i apply ilr on my ten year base.
Or can we write a letter to home office with more medical documents that this was a genuine problem so can they switch us back on my 5 year route. Because we cant appeal on it
We are really tense please help me out. Thank u
