Hi Winshee, do you mean the 5 day lead time is the best you can get at your chosen postcode or you could book elsewhere sooner or could pay higher to get it sooner for the chosen postcode?
You get 5 days lead time. However, if you are prepared to pay more, they have next day and may be on the day service as well.

Has anyone applied for ILR protection route online? How much is the charge to use the priority service or any other charges?
Thank you for posting your experiences. It’s very helpful.

Dear Winshee,
Thank you for this. However, in your case, were the ealier appointments popped up on your screen with higher prices or they were not?

I booked an appointment on the first day when the Birmingham centre was opened. So there was no appointment for me to view prior to my appointment date

Hi, has anyone used the new system for a citizenship application? I uploaded all my documents online and went for a premium appointment on Monday in London. Haven't heard anything from Sopra or the home office yet acknowledging my application
I’m going to do this in a few weeks - can you keep us updated as to when you get your decision?
Did they say anything about how long it would take?

Exactly!I have been trying from 12am of Yesterday still nothing. I just called actually and they said it may be an IT issue maybe you should give them a call too, because apparently they don’t have internet access so they can’t see what we are seeing. They don’t have any idea people can’t book the appointments!

Hi,
Can someone plesase share new link to attend service centre.
I want to attend the centre for my ILR LR application. I am trying to book its only showing me 6 old centres when i click on them its showing no appointment available in next 45 days.
Can someone please guide how to book appointment of new Service.
Regards
I am having the same problems, it's stuck in the old system. I even started a new application and I don't receive the new service options. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? Do we need to start new applications with a different email address? I have emailed their technical help as well.

Hi Guys,
Can someone please confirm at what stage of the online application does it ask you to choose between New and Old service? We tried to fill in the form at this link
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... ily-routes . Is that the right link? We are applying for extension of spouse visa. Thanks
I am having the same trouble, it doesn't not get me the new options on the payment screen. Have you found a way to resolve it? The only options I see are Premium (and the 6 old services centers) or Standard (mail it in and 8 weeks) - I know there are supposed to be new options.

Yeah, I saw that as well. Did you book it?I might hold off and wait for the Sheperd’s Bush or Victoria one as they said they will be fixing it today.

Hi Kevac and Winshee, sorry to hear that you have not heard anything! Some people suggested calling DX Courier - letters might have been with them. Keep us updated on your outcome! Good luck.

Hi Winshee18,
We both seems to be on same boat. Did you get any information calling UKVI? Can they tell you the status or decision or letter dispatch time?
My wife is getting impatient now.
