Studying whilst on ILR

Hi,

Please help me to clarify this.

I started studying a MSc course (Part time) whilst I was on Tier 2 (General) VISA, as a part of my career development. In May 2018 I was granted ILR. So when I started the first year I was on Tier 2 (General) VISA and when I started the second year I had the ILR.

1) If I'm on Tier 2 (General) VISA, should I pay the international student fee rate or the home fee rate?
2) If I'm on ILR, should I still pay the international student fee rate or the home fee rate?

It would be helpful if someone can find me an official document explaining the answers to my questions.

So, answer to your question is "Gaining Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), and/or acquiring three years' ordinary residence in the UK, part-way through a course will not change your fee status."

After reading through the link, I feel like I'm eligible for home rate under the "those with the right of permanent residence in the UK". If I have lived in the UK legally for 10 years, am I not eligible under this? from 2008 - 2011 I studied full time, 2011 till now I worked full time.

Please help me to clarify this.

You will be eligible for Home fees if you enroll now. If you have already started a course before you attained ILR status then answer is No.
