Procedure to register child as British citizen

My eu wife just got her PR status, how can i register my UK born children as British citizen. What documents are needed? Do i need to submit orignal passports of my wife and children? And how long the process takes???

Poland dont having dual nationality but they will not let you use foreign passport in poland for any purpose. You only can enter or leave poland using polish passport.
