Already received CAS but now I want to withdraw

Hi,
I have already received CAS from university for January 2019 intake.
But due to some circumstances, I have to withdraw it now. I have already paid £3000(deposit) + £10,000 as a part of tuition fee.
Will they refund by £10,000 ?

This is not an immigration matter. It just depends on your universities refund policy. Check directly with the university.
